A disaster Geothermal still doesn't work. A month to come work on it. Did not call. Trying to charge 2600 in repairs when it hasn't worked yet. Showed up with no notice or don t show up at all. Service: Heating system installation

An absolute disaster from day one. I bought a $15,000 geothermal system from them and was sold a total bill of goods. It was not energy efficient. It was nothing but problems from day one. It breaks down every winter. I cannot trust it. The service is terrible. The final straw was this year it broke down in sub zero weather. They tell me they can't repair it for two weeks? Meanwhile I have just the electric heat that won't keep up. They don't even return your phone calls. RUN from this company!

I was sold a bill of goods from day one. I too bought a $15,000 system in a new home and had nothing but problems. It literally broke down every winter. The service is horrible. It broke down this winter with below 0 temperatures, and they tell me they can't get to it for several weeks. They don't return phone calls and really don't care. RUN from this company!
