        I showed up for my appointment, which was pre scheduled for the very first thing in the morning. She wasn't even there yet. I sat and waited for 30 minutes. She finally arrived and said she had been taking her daughter to school. After she was done braiding, I finished what wasn't completed as she started braiding someone else. She was friendly, but unprofessional. Disappointing experience.
