This was horrible. I asked for a half inch trim. My hair is different lengths. She brushed it and snipped once, and said I was done. Shocked, I asked, did you cut it all? She said yes. I said, I have different length hair in the front, I want everything half an inch off. She barely cut anything in the front and said i was done after two more snips. I asked her shocked, you cut all my hair, and it's straight? She said yes. I went home almost in tears and asked my son, he said it's different lengths in the back. I dont know if she grabbed it into a ponytail and just cut it once? She literally snipped it 3 times. I told her how important my hair was, that it is pass my butt. If you don't know how to cut hair, don't cut someone's hair that took years to cut. I made it very clear how much my hair meant. I never had a haircut that lasted 2 seconds with one snip and told I was done.
