Absolutely loved this workout! Everyone was friendly, encouraging, and Joe made the workout fun. Highly recommend giving a group class a try. You wont regret it!

Going to this gym for the first time was WAYY out of my comfort zone. The owner, Joe, and the other coaches do a great job at explaining things if you've never done them. Immediately felt right at home. The people are all friendly and I've met some amazing people. The programming is "fun" and keeps you from getting bored. I continue to surprise myself with the progress I'm making. Just show up, have fun and crush goals!

Ive been a member at Plus Ultra for almost 3 years. My search for the right gym started when we moved here in 2020. While there are many good gyms in FW that I tried out, this one was instantly the best fit for me. Theres sarcasm, encouragement, a feeling of belonging, and theres a bald giant named Joe. Joe creates all of the workouts and pushes you to survive them with a dumb smile plastered across his face and awful music. He gets on my nerves during every workout, so I often return the favor. We bicker back and forth like siblings, which is honestly why Ive stayed a member.getting really strong is also why, I guess. Youll never get the creepy gym owner vibes from this guy, but you will want to hurt him. Recently, my husband (also a member) and I lost our young daughter in a tragic accident. Were in the darkest place we will ever be in, yet our Plus Ultra friends have continued to show up for us in so many ways. Some of our closest friends in town are people we have met at the gym - I dont know how we would be doing this without them. The culture at Plus Ultra is very real, supportive, fun, and hilariousand it stays that way beyond its doors. Joe, heres the review that took me 3 years to write. Were so thankful to call you our friend. Keep being annoyingly supportive in and out of your gym. We love you, Joe-sephine.
