This shop is run by the most wonderful people, and they single-handedly saved Mothers Day for me. I ordered a colorful Mothers Day bouquet through an online retailer who delegated the order to a local florist (IDF). They sent the florist a completely incorrect description, and my mother got an all white bouquet (the traditional color for funerals). My mother has terminal cancer. A white bouquet was uh probably the worst floral outcome possible. Shed already had a terrible day too, so I had to act fast to salvage any part of it. I called the florist directly and my call was answered by an amazing woman named Meg. They had just technically closed, but she was determined to get the issue resolved even though she was at no fault (since it was the online retailer that messed up the info). Meg canceled the online order and allowed me to place the order directly with her so that she could make an even better bouquet at the same price. She even committed to immediately delivering the new bouquet to my mother, on a Sunday, even though the shop had closed. Im sure today was chaotic for this florist, and Im sure this kind woman had other obligations after work, but she went above and beyond to make the situation right and ensure my mom got the perfect bouquet for Mothers Day. And I cannot express how thankful I am for Megs help, which went above and beyond standard customer service it was genuine love and compassion for another human and Im tearing up just writing this. My heart is overflowing with gratitude, and IDF will forever be my go-to florist moving forward. Meg, thank you for your grace and compassion. Youre an absolutely gem.

The sweet owner of International Designs Florist did a magnificent job putting together a beautiful sympathy fruit and snack basket on Saturday of Easter weekend. I greatly appreciate her extra efforts in doing this rush job for me on such a busy Holiday weekend. Since I live out of town, I am very happy to have discovered such a wonderful florist who I can depend on for future needs. Many thanks to Meg once again for her excellent service and kindness!

I ordered two arrangements for Mothers Day 2022, to be delivered to two locations, from 1-877 Avas flowers who transferred to this florist. I chose a blue/white crock with azaleas. My choice was confirmed. I was charged $26., service fee due to it being a holiday wknd. (Mothers day is always on a wknd). I was charged $83.38 for each plant and delivery. The azalea were substituted with kalachoe and arrived in a plastic pot with pink foil. They looked like I could have purchased them for $14.99. Clearly NOT the same priced item, plant or pot. The bow on my mother-in-laws plant was bigger than the plant. My moms had no bow, neither had a card stating who it was from. Both sides of the families called me to say how awful the flowers were and clearly not an $85 value. How embarrassing. 1-877 discounted the plants to 50% and said they would allow my mil and mom to keep the plants. Uhhh? What? Like they were gonna go take them back? Not sure what happened to my order and how it went astray. But between the two it went bad.Even at 50% Im still frustrated.
