I love the events they throw for their clients. They threw a customer appreciation event one day at the zoo for their clients. They even took them for a day trip up to Chicago to show how much they appreciate their customers on a separate occasion.
I think that is an awesome thing to see!

My experience with Monarch has been nothing but positive! I love that every time you call, there is someone to answer the phone immediately. There's no automated robot that needs to be navigated. This group is the most caring when it comes to my financial decisions.

You will not find a better group of people that care more about your financial planning than Monarch. The amount of time and attention they give toward every customer is really refreshing. They are always available and their customer service is bar none.
I see a negative review for them with no explanation and I noticed they also left a negative review for a totally different Monarch company out of Michigan that is a property management company. They clearly aren't a customer of Monarch Capital Management because I have no doubt they would have nothing but good things to say!
