        Never return my phone calls/vm. Wasn't able to start a payment plan due to the attorney not being in office or calling back. I showed up to every court date, paying my fees every month & the garnished my checks

        HORRIBLE!!!! Didn't do a thing for me, but get my child support LOWERED! My ex husband was supposed to be the one to pay the attorney fees, because I was on disability and he was the one who took me to court to lower his support. Now, seven years later I'm getting my check garnished. Don't ever use these attorneys!!

      Hi, Jessica:Thank you for your comments. The Court issued an order providing for your wages to be garnished on behalf of our client, the unpaid creditor. "Plaintiff appears by counsel. Defendant appears in person. Plaintiff entitled to a garnishment." We understand your frustration but your angst is misdirected. The Court ordered your wages garnished in Cause Number 34D03-1703-SC-000752, not our firm nor our client. Best of luck to you.
