I started a job last Thursday through Leaders. Today I received a message from Daryn that she didn't receive a screen shot of my account number and routing number so she couldn't set up direct deposit and would drop off a paycard to my current employer. Then a few hours later she messaged ne saying that payroll contacted her to let her know my check had been deposited on a card I had with them in 2019. Proceeded to tell me once again that it happened because I didn't send a screen shot of my information to her after I already provided it to her during orientation! Tells me I had to call the number on the back of the card and they will tell me how to get the funds back, why is this my fault ? And why do I need to fix the situation. So I call customer service and spoke to Amica whom stated they couldn't do anything for me that leaders would have to send the money as I only had one card on file which was verified to be the card she dropped off this morning . I let Daryn know who had just messaged 7 minutes before and she ignored my text . Very Unprofessional . Let's see how long it takes for me to get paid now.
