So me and my cousin really needed to use the bathroom but they were locked so we asked the employees, a white male and a white female, after I came out the bathroom I forgot the key and the bathroom locked with the keys inside. So me and her were really panicking and on the verge of tears. We went up there and apologized so much and told them what happened. they then got really upset and got mad at us. The female were blaming me my cousin and the male worker. I get that I took away their ability to use the restroom but it was a complete mistake/accidentl she did not have to yell nor get so angry. We are just kids. Edit:, the store wasn't bad nor the people it was just their attitude

Not a very pleasant experience. The young woman who helped me (didn't get her name) had blue/teal hair and wore glasses. She had some kind of attitude with me from about half way through my transaction until the end, even though I told her upfront I would not be an easy customer, as I had a return and also had to pay for part of my items by check. Everything started out ok. Not great. But ok. She said my return was over 30 days old, so she could not do a return. I said ok and started to put the item back in my backpack. Then, almost as an afterthought, she said I could return it for store credit. I said ok, please do that. She tried to do that, but the system wouldn't let her. She told me two or three times that the system was something-or-other (the word began with a "P," I think). I told her I didn't understand what that meant, but ok. She didn't bother to explain. We got through the first purchase ok. (Again, not great, but ok). I stood there waiting for her to give me my receipt, which the register had spat out a moment before. There was a moment of confusion between us because she was waiting for me to put my second round of purchases up on the counter. Now, here is where it started to get really weird. My total came to $54 and some change. I realized I hadn't put the mop I wanted to buy up on the counter. I told her, "My bad." She rang up the new total, which was like $20 more with the mop added. I questioned her about it, and she kept saying over and over that the mop was $15. I told her I understood that, and told her she kept saying that. She then started to read off my other purchases, starting with Fabuloso. (How this would help, I have no idea). I cut her off right away, not to be rude, but because there was a line starting to form behind me, and no one has time for pointless acts. We finally got it straightened out. Turns out I was NOT being overcharged. She simply misread the total the first time, which made it seem like the mop was $20. Still not wanting to be rude or cause a problem, I took the blame and told her I had misheard her when she stated what my total with the mop was. And now things start to take a really bad turn. She tried putting my check through the machine several times, but the check wasn't processing. She asked me if I had another form of payment. I've been through all this many times. Checks have become something of a relic; almost no one knows how to run them anymore. I asked her if maybe calling a manager would help, unless of course she was the manager. (I didn't want to assume she wasn't). She got really s#$^&% with me and asked me why I thought calling a manager would help. I calmly and politely explained that 99% of the time, a manager needs to be called to run a check, and that they don't properly train the employees to run them. She got a real attitude about it and told me she was properly trained, and that she was the manager. Furthermore, this store seems to have real problems not just with returns and checks, but with credit cards also. I had to go through three cards to make all my purchases. When I got home, I checked my cards. None of them were over the limit. She handed me my receipt for the second transaction. I asked her for the receipt for the first. She gave me a little slip of paper and told me that was the receipt. I told her it wasn't. Then she said the receipt was in the bags. In all the frustration, I forgot the Fabuloso and one bag on the counter and started to walk away. She then yelled, "Here go your bag you forgot with the receipt in it!" Getting out of the store with all my purchases was very difficult. The shopping carts are not made to leave the store. Of course this associate didn't bother to double bag anything either, so a couple things fell out. Also, the cap to the Value Cleaner with Bleach was loose, and quite a bit of it spilled out. This wasn't really her fault. I don't know why, but some brands of spray cleaners with bleach are always like that. I'm not going to shop here anymore unless it's just for a couple items. Way too ghetto.
