Talented crew, thoughtful of damage the heavy equipment would cause to our lawn...spread topsoil, seeded and covered with straw. All work was performed with care. I agree, the "bobcat" operator was outstanding! Owner of Key Concrete understood the work we wanted, did not overpromise, and actually delivered above and beyond what we requested. Highly recommend Key Concrete if you want your work performed well (high skill level, and experienced), with integrity, and as promised. No surprises, no disappointments!

If I could give 0 stars I would, these people work extremely unsafe. They were parking near my driveway and blocking the visibility to safely back out for weeks. I nicely asked them to stop parking so close to my driveway so I could see around the large dump trucks and safely back out (my house is on a corner lot near an intersection so not being able to see is not safe). They didn't seem to care and continued parking there and blocking part of my driveway, even overnight. Backing out of my driveway for WEEKS was hell, I ended up having to drive through my front yard so I could safely exit without being hit by one of their many bobcats/dump trucks. All my neighbors complained about how unsafely they had been working, bobcats reversing out of ditches at full speed on streets that had neighborhood traffic without even looking. All of our yards were torn up and just left. There was a truck and trailer parked in my driveway one time when I returned home and I could not get into my garage, there was no one to be found to move it for 4 or more hours. I ended up having to park in the grass as they were in the middle of my driveway, and I could not fit next to this Key Concrete vehicle. It was really weird. They also had a young kid helping them work maybe 12 years old. Drivers on their cell phones like in their hands while operating construction equipment. An employee playing and riding in the bucket of one of the bobcats down the road at a very fast speed. I would think twice before hiring a company like this.

They have an operator named CJ and he was the best operator Ive ever seen in my life by far!! He was runnin that machine like Usain Bolt runs tracks! He was eating lunch and the machine was still getting work done as if he was telling it what to do! I couldnt believe it and I didnt know what to do besides pull my phone out and start recording this guy! I will post videos later! Very impressive!

Wheres the gravel to fill the gap on Durango. Tried to call but got a not in service message. Sick of driving through the Grand Canyon when I get home. The concrete was nice though. Just didn't finish the finish work.

This business has no regard for people's property. They continue to hit my fence with their trucks while destroying my grass in the process. I have dogs and they could potentially get out. They do not care and this last time they left their truck there and didn't let anyone know of the damage basically they did a hit and run. I would NEVER use these people. There are many others in the area with better reviews! Keep looking!!!
