        Wow wrost Ross I've been to. I was in the store for about 40 mins and there theft protection alarms were going off the entire time I counted 6 times and each time for about 5 mins straight. Clothing everywhere and disorganized! I had to leave in a hurry cuz I thought I was gonna loose my hearing. Makes customers not want to shop but that must be what the staff want. The store manager and employees just be ashamed! My sister works at a ross in Jackson Mi and it's never like this. I suggest that store if your in the area!

        This place is filthy! Clothes thrown all over the floor. Not hung on racks, employees just walking around or just standing there taking to each other. Opened boxes of socks and underwear laying around. I definitely wouldn't buy anything from here. Definitely shop at Marshall's, it's cleaner and has a bigger selection! Absolutely terrible Ross location.
