I normally dont go out my way to make reviews but the young lady who worked today was extremely sweet & helpful. There was a good amount of foot traffic in the store & still got me in a fitting room quickly. Actually, the first experience I had at pacsun worth leaving a review for. I wish I got her name but she made my day even enough to purchase a pair of jeans that wasnt included in the promotion going on.

I have never left a review after shopping at a store but I am so appalled at the treatment I had in this location. I have never been treated so poorly and unwelcoming. I came into this location around 6pm on Thursday 9/21/23 and the two female workers were incredibly rude and acted annoyed to have to do their job. They hung out behind the counter on their phones the entire time. No greeting, no one walking around keeping an eye on things, and no one checking in on me despite me being in there for a few min. I had my arms full of clothes and no one offered to start a room for me. I finally walked up to the counter to ask for a room and neither of them looked up from their phones. After about 30 seconds of standing there at the counter waiting, I asked if I could get a room. They looked up and acted annoyed at me for asking for help. They were extremely unfriendly the rest of my time and acted put out to be doing their job. They were too busy gossiping and sitting on their phones behind the register. Absolutely no one watching the store or checking on customers. The girl with the dark hair was at least somewhat polite and would say "you're welcome" when I would say "thank you." But the girl with the blonde curly hair was so short and rude. When I would thank her for handing me more clothes (I had more than 5 to try on) she didn't even say "thank you." Just rudely handed them over without saying a word and acting annoyed. When I was done trying my items on I told them I was going to think on them (as I like to do as I walk the mall to avoid impulse purchases.) The blonde just stared at me dumbfounded and paused for a min then said "All of them??" So rudely as if I'm obligated to purchase clothes simply because I tried something on. Heaven forbid she do a little work and go hang them back on the rack (that was near the register anyways.) Any time I've said this to employees at any other store they responded with nothing but friendliness and understanding. The way these Pac Sun employees acted was so off putting I decided not to come back at all despite liking a few pieces. I worked in retail for years and even managed a store and cannot believe some stores run like this. I will not be coming back to this store ever again. Absolute horrible customer service.

The workers here just sit on their phones behind the counter. Had to ask twice before they peeled their eyes of their screens and even then acted so annoyed that they had to do their job. Wont ever come back here.
