Nice selection of childrens clothing. Reasonable prices, helpful staff. If you cannot find the right size, it can be ordered. Order online with in store pickup is available.

I mostly stop by when Im in town to check the clearance racks. Off and on there can be great deals, especially after a holiday. Clothes are always cute, but they can be expensive if purchasing not on sale.

I had the worst customer service experience when I visited the Carters Fort Wayne store on 03/11/2023. The stores floor was so dusty and dirty, My 7 yr old son tried shoes in the store and I was made to pay for them as the sole of the shoe got dirty by trying them in the store. When I tried to explain the customer service member kept on arguing saying I had to pay for the shoes as the sole of the shoe got dusty. I was forced to pay as I didnt want to continue the scene which gave my family worst experience. Firstly the stores floor should have kept clean. Secondly customer service members should have been trained properly on how to speak with the customers. I dont think I would be visiting the Carter store anytime soon.
