        Truly a disappointment... 0-Stars. I was recommended Tim Metel by Jackson Hewitt, as they do not do business tax services. I made an appointment, and met with Tim to discuss filing my taxes for my business. My understanding was he would remain in contact with me, to provide additional details and documents. Instead, I was unable to receive a response to several inquiry emails. If you aren't able or willing to do the work, I can understand that. You could, at the least, let me know that, not just ignore a client. My experience with Tim, was night and day with my current CPA. I'm thoroughly convinced Tim has no idea, what he is doing. If you need an actual CPA, look else where.
