Boot Barn

Horrible customer service that truly was such a turn off I told my husband to put down the boots and 3 pairs of jeans & wed take our money elsewhere. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt noticing there was only 3 people working that morning but we asked the older man (I presumed he was the manager) to help us understand the sizing and where certain boots were and he looked extremely annoyed we needed help, walked up to the racks pointed at the rack and said they are all sized in order and just walk the isles to find the brand. It was absolutely pitiful! We kept our $400 and left!

It was more than I expected. I was greeted immediately when I walked through the door. They have a vast inventory of boots, hats, accessories and western apparel. I made a purchase and will be returning again soon to make another.

Daughter bought a new pair a boots. Great price for them. Assistant manager was the best, found the right boots for my Daughter's job.
