Serenity Kitchen & Bath

Steve and Serenity upgraded my kitchen 7 years ago with new granite countertops, Kraus sink, Delta faucet and Insinkerator garbage disposal. I was very happy with the finished results and the process. Today Steve sent Junior to my house to assess the faucet which rocked loosely at the base. It took a while to figure out the cause, but Junior did not give up. He also rearranged the water lines, so they would reconnect properly. Junior was great. I am impressed with such excellent customer service, even after 7 years.

Couldnt get anyone to call me back. Actually stopped one of thier guys at the gas station one day and we talked. They are not good to their employees so i guess its a good thing i they never called me back.

Very pleasant experience with a knowledgeable company. Steve and his crew listened to our vision and helped make our complete kitchen overhaul a reality. His employees were always polite and responsive to our questions, showed up early and made sure we were kept informed on their progress. We had several unexpected issues with plumbing and electrical after demolition that they made certain were addressed. They also made sure that we were 100% satisfied with everything in the end.

I'm so glad I went with Steve and his company. I had contacted three contractors for a bathroom remodel. One seemed like he didn't want to be there, took no measurements or pictures, and didn't give me the two estimates for with or without the tile removal; one seemed great at first but then she never got back to me. Steve was the most professional from the start. He took measurements, he took pictures, he listened to what I wanted, sent me estimates I wanted, and was patient while I waited and waited to hear from the other one. My house was built in 1956 and had the pink tile and blue bathtub that was popular at the time, but they needed to go. The tiles covered the floor, went halfway up the wall, and were falling off and the wall behind them was disintegrating, and the tub had visible rust. The project started half a week earlier than originally planned but that was fine because Connor and Kolton had run into problems that made the project take a little longer anyway. They removed all the tile and put in drywall and a new floor, replaced the tub with one I now love, painted the room with a beautiful orange that really brightens up the room, replaced the two fluorescent tube lights with something more modern that I picked out, and installed an exhaust fan in the ceiling because I didn't have one before. They even cleaned my cabinets and vanity to look better than they have in a long time. The team was always so polite and respectful and informed me whenever they ran into issues and there would be additional charges. I like that Steve did a walk through at the end and even though Connor had to come back for a couple minor things, I would still highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a remodel.
