Jon, I apologize that your experience was that way! I'm the owner and I do not recall that conversation but if that happened to you there must have been a mix up in communication! If we were so busy that you had to wait over an hour and 45 minutes with none of our barbers being able to get to you then we had to be very very busy! Jon I take reveiews very seriously, and would never like to lose your business forever! Please consider coming by once again and allowing me personally to attempt to change your experience from the 1 star experience that you had to a 5 star experience! If you read all of the reviews before yours you will recognize that that is not a typical experience at our Barbershop! It would be best to call ahead 2604568994 for communication purposes, I will personally see that your experience will be one that is more representative of how seriously we take the service of everyone that enter our doors and I will take $10 off of your service.
