We took our Ford C-Max in for some brake work. Richs has always been our go to place for auto mechanic work since moving close. As we have come to expect, they were able to diagnose and give us a quote on the work that needed done. The work was completed in a timely manner, and weve had no problems with the vehicle since. They even gave us a few quotes on some other work that needs done on the car as well. A proactive move that I really like. We cannot recommend Richs Auto Center enough.

Had the oil in my truck changed here. In their inspection they found my battery was in poor health and that I needed new wiper blades. They suggested I get a $275 battery and a $76 set of wiper blades with a grand total of $475 for the visit. Ended up rejecting the replacements and went to a Napa Auto Parts store and spent about $175 for a Napa Legend battery and $20 for Napa wipers that work just as well as the Tricom blades. Really feel like these guys were trying to take advantage.
