The Meridian (Waterloo Gardens)

the absolute worst apartment complex. we got large amounts of water leakages shortly after moving in, its causing mold and bad breathing issues. its taken 4 times of maintenance coming out and a snarky rude phone call and getting hung up on to get no absolutely no where! our trim looks like a toddler did it, not sealed in, assorted pieces, and LATEX PAINTED!!! (nor could they put a pin nailer through the correct spot to even hold it in properly so half of it is loose) keep in mind the entire house is painted with latex aswell, which is causing chipping to all of our doors and cabinets. health code documented all of these issues and only half of them were fixed. the other half didnt even go on document so the maintenance guys didnt even know what all to fix. just save your money and go somewhere else. no point in wasting 800 on a security deposit aswell 650 for a literal one roomed apartment with a bathroom and half the place is already falling apart is just not even worth your time. PART 2 so this time we woke up with condensation all over our bedroom floor, we then inspected everything and it was all strictly in our bedroom, the root looked like it was stemming from the trim. we then put in a work order like they constantly stress people to do when they have an issue within 10 minutes got denied. supposedly since we have plants in the house (in our living room) and a humidifier (also in our living room and hasnt been ran since the last time we had neighborhood code there for water issues and they said just in case dont run it) we are not allowed to be serviced. they claimed all plants must be removed from the home or we will receive a lease violation, we are currently removing them all but also removing my girlfriends time and money spent on them all. they also claimed i said it was coming from our window cill and seeping down but theres no water on our walls or on the window cill only the floor. make it make sense.
