        Shelby came to my house to diagnose a thermostat issue. It was a complicated issue. He was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue. I would recommend him to work on HVACs.

        We had Shelby come and do an assessment on one of our furnaces on January 24th. Gabriel had checked out the furnace the day before and had some concerns about the carbon monoxide his meter was reading. He was concerned that the heat exchanger was broken but he did not have an endoscope camera to evaluate the heat exchanger. Shelby came out and verified that the heat exchanger was perfectly fine and that our carbon monoxide levels were around 30 ppm and an order of magnitude below levels of concerns. We are very thankful for Shelby to have confirmed that our system was running fine and to Gabriel for raising his concern and seeing that our family stays safe. The guys at Masters really care about their customers! Gabriel was knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. I appreciate his caring nature and the advice that he gave me on how to care for our HVAC systems. Masters installed our two new HVAC systems 4 years ago and we will continue to use them for our bi-annual check ups! Thanks Dave Service: A/C system maintenance

        The furnace went out due to high winds. We were worried about the house and pipes. We called Master Heating & Cooling late Sunday night. When it was 1 degree outside. Shawn called us back in less than a half hour. He walked my husband through restarting the furnace. He was patient and kind, walking him through each step !!! Thank you so much, Shawn!!
