Jon Rondo carelessly made amateur errors on our taxes resulting in loss of hundreds of dollars, two years in a row. His original service fees were very high for extra documents not needed. When discussed during a meeting I scheduled, he agreed to refund a portion of his fee, but mailed an invoice for 10 minutes of "professional services" instead. Playing a game with our money? What kind of business is that? He can't be trusted, will not stand behind his service and take responsibility for obvious errors. Fortunately we found a new CPA that uncovered ATM errors with much better rates and professional services, error free

I cannot say enough about this CPA firm that offers so may options for our small business. They offer full service accounting and payroll services for an amazing price. Jon Rondot is the smartest person Ive ever met. He also worked with my family after my Dad died and it was complicated. He knew things that helped us get through a nightmare with my Dads estate. They prepared all our tax returns for 1/2 the price of the prior accountant. I was shocked when I got the final bill. You wont be disappointed.

Not the greatest experience, this will be the longest Ive waited for a refund. There has been miscommunication with the office during the filing. Id keep shopping for a CPA.
