I've never had a bad experience there. All staff are very friendly, sweet, caring and kind. I've taken my furbabies there for many year's. Bitsy, Miss. Priss and Bella. #1 place that's affordable well worth the wait!!

The best vet around... Paws down!. Been going there for years but never for an emergency... Until this past Monday....
Our cat got injured and was in shock... We drove to Ft. Branch and they were packed as usual. I spoke with the receptionist who asked the tech to take a look and they got us in right away!. Very thankful for this vet!!. They are amazing is every way!!
After keeping our little kitty overnight.... And x rays.... Our bill was 1/3 of what another vet would be.

Waited 5 hours for a Vet visit. Price was really great. The vet and nurse were quick and friendly enough.

Not good ,not giving my dog a refill,they want money for dogs shots ,I don't get them, They won't refill the meds and it never gets out of home or goes anywhere low on income this month,told them ,and only gave m a week supplies than I told them please give me a month they would not do it Told them have to put her down if not.they didn't seem to care but the pharmacy would of loved to do it..They know she doesn't go no where or sees no one justed us.as husband died .hate to put her down but her seizures pills why couldn't they give me a couple months as money's tight since the virus plus had lots of deaths in my family and also friends.feeling hurt.
