Formstack LLC

My company has used Formstack for over 10 years. Their customer support was top notch - quick, knowledgeable, and human. Something changed last year. In four weeks, my company was assigned to 3 different account managers, and this year it appears we don't have one at all. There was a major update earlier this year that seems to have caused major problems for our most important forms. They haven't worked for 5 days and customer support hasn't responded to support tickets for 4 days. There is no way to escalate requests, I can't get past the chat bot, there are no direct email addresses for communication, and no phone numbers that work. As a result, we are moving to a new solution, but that doesn't help solve the mess we have now.

Big scam, They have take money from my account for the last 7 months and I juist found out, I don't know what this company is

I have absolutely no clue what this consumer sells but i can however tell you that they have somehow accessed my card information and have all tried to take money out of my account for something i never even attempted to purchase from them. Whoever they are they should definitely be reported. I dont want your product dont know who you are, dont care. Please stop charging my card or i will file a dispute.
