Everything was great. From the initial estimate appointment through project completion, communication was excellent. All my questions were answered promptly and in detail. All with whom I spoke were friendly, courteous and professional. The workers arrived on time on construction day, worked hard and efficiently, and cleaned up the mess at the end of the day. Everyone from the salesman to the installers (roof and gutters) were top notch craftsmen and quality people. After being in the construction and maintenance fields for over 45 years, it's good to know those people still exist. If you want cheap, you might want to look elsewhere. Simply put, amazing!! Mike Sudzina the sales Representative was the beginning of a customer being 100% satisfied. He assessed the repairs and replacement of the roof needed to restore it and prevent any further deterioration of the house my grandfather built in 1925. He was so thorough and explained everything in such detail that i did not even pursue another quote. I asked him if he believed in the company he represented and without any hesitation he said yes. Due to serious leaking in the house i talked with Melissa to see if the roof could be replaced as soon as possible. She called me back within 15 minutes and pushed it to the top of the list! Then you have John the Project Manager who spent the entire day on site to insure all the repairs and replacement of the roof were impeccable and explained everything as it proceeded. Finally, the crew lead by Armando. Their craftsmanship was astounding and the speed they worked was amazing. They refused to even take a break! Kingdom Roofing is solid from top to bottom.
