Primrose School at Gray Eagle

I recently applied for a teaching position at Primrose School in Fishers and wanted to share my experience. The initial interaction with the director was positive, with a requirement of at least two years of experience and an educational associate degree. I gladly shared my two years of experience at Primrose in (----) and mentioned that I'm completing my degree next month. However, my enthusiasm took a hit when, after expressing interest in an earlier shift, I was informed they didn't have that option of hours . Upon reconsideration, I called back, only to be told by a receptionist that they couldn't hire me because I came from a nearby school. This crucial information was not communicated earlier. To add to the surprise, I learned they expected nine years of experience for the offered wage. Moreover, the front office staff proved to be very cliquey and not super welcoming. This added to the overall disappointment caused by the lack of consistency and clarity in communication. Prospective employees need clear expectations from the start to avoid misunderstandings.

Love everyone at Primrose. They are always open to clear our doubts and our daughter always leave school with a big smile!

I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for our children! Every single person as soon as you walk in the door is happy, helpful, and awesome!

My husband and I couldn't be happier with the service and care we (and our toddler) receive from Primrose School at Gray Eagle. He wakes up excited to go to school! The teachers are knowledgeable about milestones and development - and give us ideas on ways to be more involved at home. The friendly Admin staff knows what's going on in each room and makes it a point to say good morning and goodbye to each child (by name even!). I would highly recommend Primrose!
