Fit Chics has changed my life! I love the one on one training and all of the trainers are fantastic! They encourage and push you to do things you dont think you can do. Its also been a wonderful social experience. Ive gotten to know some really great people. Ive lost weight and have gotten physically stronger. Its a fantastic organization.

Fit Chicks is an amazing place. The level of care provided for us ladies who go there is so kind, personal and helpful. It combines fitness, nutrition, and community; giving each woman a well rounded approach to experiencing health and healing in a safe and shame-free environment. It has been a pivotal part of my life and recovery. Its worth every penny and ounce of effort to be part of this community.

In addition to the personalized attention to your training by their trainers, the friendly, welcoming and supportive, family atmosphere is BAR NONE!!! Get a trial membership and experience it for yourself. Because in the illustrious words of the Cheers theme song . . . at Fit Chicks, everybody knows your name!

Fit chicks is amazing! The energy and vibe will get you excited to come back and work out, even on those days you would definitely rather stay home and eat a pint of ice cream. Having the attention of a personal trainer in a fun group setting makes a huge difference in getting you where you want to be and helping you reach your goals. Plus, you get nutrition consultations as often as you'd like! What's not to love? Everyone makes you feel welcome and the trainers take the time to get to know each lady personally. Give it a try!
