        I had a bad experience. Only one person at the front. People lined up. The young lady behind counter continued to take orders although no one was helping her. Stood there for about,15 minutes before another lady came out of the back and helped. I have always found Jimmy John's has had good service so I will probably go back.

        Very friendly staff when I went. The atmosphere is just like every other Jimmy John's. Very clean location. Somewhat busy but it was lunch lol.
