This is the third time Josh has assisted me in buying/selling a home. This one was a big one. My wife and I came to him in late October 2023 expressing that we had outgrown our townhome faster than expected with the addition of our first child. He helped us secure a new home with an extremely favorable interest rate in a less than ideal housing market. We were able to find an home, close, and move in all before our baby's first Christmas (45 days start to finish). Josh made the stressful selling and buying a process much easier. He had great insight and advice every step of the way and went above and beyond to answer my questions or deal with any problems. He was able to coordinate the sale of my current home with the completion of my new home so that the move in process was less hectic, and he got me amazing results on my sale!! Cant recommend him enough.

Working with Josh was wonderful! Buying a house from the other side of the country can be scary but he made it so easy. He was incredibly knowledgeable and let us know what to expect with each part of the process. His response time with our hundreds of questions was always quick. We cant recommend him enough and are incredibly grateful for his hard work getting us back to the Midwest!

My husband and I are so grateful that we had Josh as our realtor! He helped us through the process of buying our first home and made sure we were informed about anything and everything that comes with buying a house. He always made sure to get every possible detail about each house we looked at, and he always went out of his way to work with our schedules. As a first time home buyer I couldnt have asked for a better realtor honestly. Constantly looking out for what was best for me and making sure he pointed anything out that I missed that would have been a problem. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a home. Definitely coming back to him in the future.
