Transparently, I cannot review the quality of work Oasis can execute. They clearly have done good work in the past as we were referred to them by our builder. However, the planning, follow-through and professionalism we expected was dismal...and as a result, may in fact, delay the progress of our new build. After a detailed planning meeting which included our lot plan, house elevations and inspirational pictures, we had a strategic direction. Based on the detailed notes I took during the meeting, the action items were clear. It was our expectation within a few weeks we would receive a high-level schematic and estimates for an in-ground hot tub (both fiberglass and gunite). I have learned during this time to remain very patient. I did not want to hound them until we had broken ground. It was clearly a mistake on my part because when I followed-up with the gentleman we met with it was as if he had forgotten our entire meeting. He even claimed they don't do hot tubs. My husband and I felt like we were in a twilight zone. During our initial meeting, the salesman for Oasis led us down a completely different path. He even gave us ordering times we should be aware of for fiberglass hot tubs given the supply chain issues with Covid. There is a lot to manage with a new build. And, I am sensitive to all contractors being overworked right now. But to deny our conversation happened is disrespectful. We sadly will not be proceeding forward with their services. My suggestion is: - Take detailed notes. - Summarize all meetings via email (I did not do this). - And follow-up after an agreed deadline.

They do beautiful work! They installed my back yard patio and landscaping. Every year they do spring cleanup and mulching. They have installed new plantings over the past 6 years. Highly recommend
