So far so good! A friend recomended me here: They got me double my coverage in all spots and plus some on serveral places. They answered all my questions and were pretty good at getting things done quick. Including paperwork emails and signage it took less than 3 hours to get insurance on 2 cars and a mobile home. And most of that time was my fault. (Not checking emails) Neither me nor the person who recomended me has any experience with making a claim through them but the amount of insurance and the price was way better than my previous insurer (state farm.)

The Phung agency is my trusted resource for me and those I care about. I can highly recommend them. Cheaper is not always better. Price does not always signify the best quality. Individuals do that.

Unacceptable service in canceling my insurance. Hands down one of the scariest moments realizing that you have to jump through numerous hoops and still be charged for a service that youve expected to be handled already.

Worst experience ever. Good luck trying to cancel your policies and getting a refund. The amount of time I have had to call and be in the phone for more than an hour is a joke. Extremely unhappy with my experience here. You are kidding right? The cancellation document I signed was June 10th and you are blaming a storm from this week for your terrible customer service. even on June 10th I was on the phone for more than an hour. I cancelled both auto and home insurance June 10th and was still charged 6/28 and now have to wait until 7/13 to get a refund for a charge that should have never happened and to make it worse it cant be refunded to my bank account its a check being mailed on 7/13 making it even longer for me to receive my refund!!!I asked to talk to a manager on June 10th because the person I spoke to sounded like she had no clue what she was doing she said no manger was available and someone would call me I have yet to hear back from a manger. But ok blame a storm that had not even occurred. This again goes to show what kind of customer service you all provide.
