I had a great online appointment with Sunny 29/8/22. I am based in the UK and glad this was possible despite the time differences from the US! I am a Cardiologist (treating heart rhythm disorders) very near to the end of my training in the NHS and live life on the fast lane for sure! Experiencing emotional rollercoasters and juggling all the demands at work and home front is an art I strive to improve. I first came across her via Clubhouses Tiny Habits club. She is as calm and sage-like as I imagined from listening to her on Clubhouse. She went through a questionnaire with me which was insightful and pointed out some areas that may have been blind spots on how I may have always operated in a less than optimal way. Her suggestions were gentle and helped me raise self-awareness and motivated me to have a rethink and work on those blind spots. She is warm and friendly. Highly recommend her to anyone who would like to live life to their full potential!
