I have worked with Braden for more than five years and they have always provided excellent customer service, technical support, and timely repairs and supplies. We have two Minolta BizHubs that they provide service for us. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a printer/copier for your business. Every single person I have contacted at Braden has been extremely knowledgeable, has provided top-notch customer service, and has always solved my issue with just one call.

Everyone I have worked with at Braden has been very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful from the technology consultant who helped me choose the right copier for our needs and not something bigger and more expensive to the service technicians who either help me problem solve over the phone or come out to fix something, as well as the person from whom I order our toner. I have never had an unpleasant or unhelpful experience with anyone from Braden.
