        This is my first time visiting Chicken Salad Chick and the service was great. I was greeted with hospitality up front and the kind lady provided me with samples as I was unsure of what I wanted. I appreciate her patience and help. Will definitely be back!

        So, it sadly seems like the staff needs to be replaced or trained. How many times I've been here and such courteous service. Tonight that is not the case. Trust me, an issue with another person picking up an order also. It is the lack of effort. The lack of knowledge when I asked what is the difference between classic Carol and Olivia's old South they replied I don't know and didn't even try to find out for me. I will say a really nice person ended up bringing my food out after the gentleman just walked out with some food and didn't return.
