I signed in online like I always do. Wait was 3 hours. I show up and the person that was supposed to cut my hair was going on break. Says there is nothing they can do. Couldn't even squeeze me in for a 5 min haircut. Even though I confirmed everything was correct on my end. So I couldn't get my hair cut there. It just seems like there are always problems when coming here. Like every single time literally. I really like the person who cut my hair though. She was good. But the service is horrible overall.

I always take my 5 yr old son for haircuts here. They do excellent.

Anne or Anna, rude and terrible. My dad went there for his hair cut not his neck. So many scratches and red marks. Super nasty attitude and unapologetic for rude remarks to my dads beard. Not a happy lady Service: Buzz cut
