Unfortunately, we found an omission on our tax return from the previous two years where we had followed the necessary steps to let L&A know of our life change. No big deal, we'll just get it amended, I thought. After a few emails back and forth with no returned calls, we are expected to pay a fee to file the amendments for the mistake of the tax pros. It's clearly documented that I notated the change to them when it occurred. This is a $10k mistake and they're hellbent on keeping their fees to amend it. It's unfortunate to have ruined our 8year relationship. If I wanted to dissect my tax returns, I'd pay $80 for the online software and do it myself.

If you're looking for a CPA, Tom Long and his team are the best in the business. My only regret is having gone to any other CPA firm prior. Grateful to have him in my corner for all things taxes, business, investments!

Ww have used Long & Associates for approximately 15 years.  Many of my family members, as well as friends use them as well.  Tom Long, as well as his staff are wonderful.  I wouldn't consider using another accounting firm.  LOVE LONG & ASSOCIATES!
