        Recommendations for Jackson Hewitt offices I do not recommend this when you can have an appointment and that they'll let walk ins right in front of you show an appointment means nothing I have brought documents in that they needed and they have misplaced them three different times I had to resubmit my my information with him for three different times because they punched in the computer and lose it I advise anyone to go somewhere else besides this place

        I paid almost $900 in fees, I get my serve card in the mail. Name spelled incorrectly, I go and look at my tax documents I received from this office. First name spelled incorrectly, called manager and he said "it's not a big deal." Won't use this service ever again especially paying that much and couldn't even spell my name right. Won't give me some of the fees back either.

        Wait was about 30-40 minutes but the tax professionals were very quick and to the point. They offered a advance and within 3 hours, it was received. I would just recommend that you explain the Advance more in depth so people can understand what they're getting and when.
