I'm back in town visiting family and friends and decided to go out and take my kiddos swimming... We didn't bring swimsuits on this trip, but I went to Walmart and got some suits for the kids... and then was told by the aquatic center that they would have to charge me (single dad) full price in order to sit on the sidelines in my jeans and t-shirt and watch my kids swim. "It's our policy." Ok... It's still a stupid policy; especially if you require young kids to have an adult present (which is actually a *smart* policy).
