        Literally every time I go here my order is somehow messed up! & the workers are always goofing off too much to notice you waiting. Ive ordered online & drive through multiple times- always messed up. (Youd think reading the online ticket would be straightforward)

        I am usually very happy with the service I get and loved the staff but it looked like all new staff this time and when I placed my order the lady hung up on me without confirming my order or giving me a total or even bye. When I picked up my order the man gave me 2 sweet teas that to me tasted unsweetened and I politely asked to have it fixed and he took them from me and rolled his eyes at me after trying to say there were sweet teas. Came back with unsweetened teas and a girl came over and gave me sugar packets. Then the girl just kinda looked at me with a pen and paper in hand like she was just waiting for me to leave so no "have a good day" or "sorry about the mix up" overall not a good experience.
