Great staff all around, clean and efficient. The only complaint I ever had was that at one point they were having trouble getting some essential equipment properly repaired or replaced which is no reflection on the staff. They care about those they serve.

Hebron elementary is right by this business. We have to pick up our children at a certain time. A lot of us were nearby waiting to move forward. There were a few cars who sat by the exit of Progressive Health. They should not be blocking the exits, but people do. Me and a few cars were not blocking this exit. A lady who works there comes out yelling at all of us. Here’s my thing, there’s a way to talk to people. There’s no reason she couldn’t have came out and talked nicely to each of us to say, “Hey, you’re blocking these exits, can you please move your car forward a bit.” Instead, we got, “YOU ALL ARE BLOCKING THE EXIT. OUR CUSTOMERS NEED TO EXIT. YOU NEED TO MOVE NOW. MOVE NOW. I SAID NOW. YOU NEED TO MOVE. MOVE FORWARD,” as she went to each car yelling. Like I said, I completely understand the exit shouldn’t be blocked. I wasn’t even the one blocking the exit. However, there should be a way you talk to people. That wasn’t it.
