Miss Jannette has come in like a spit fire and changed this place around for the best! Living here use to be disgusting but in the last 7 months it has been great. She has cleaned it up, and worked hard for the residents here! Im happy to say i am a Terrace Tower resident now. Nothing goes unheard, even if we dont like the answer, she will hear us out.

since Jannette Burt has come in to manage our building the quality of living has really gone up. She is great. Got some of the bad apples out and is continuing to make the building better. I couldnt ask for a better building manager for Advantix and the building in general is getting better.

Wow what a great place to live. Jeanette up here at terrace towers is the property manager and is changing the place around for the better. She sure got the energy and always speaks to all of the residents. She goes over and beyond when anyone has questions or needs assistance with anything. I just wanted to say thanks for hiring such a great property manager And Norman is a great maintenance man. Whenever something is needed done in my apartment, they are always on top of it.
