        Overall, I had a good experience with RPMR. Maintenance was great. The online portal was easy to use and issues with maintenance were always addressed in a timely fashion. Paola, at the office, was always great to work with. The only issues I experienced were the Tell City apartments are over an hour from Evansville and there is no one onsite to address issues with other tenants that needed immediate action. It can, at times, result in unsafe situations. Aside that, I enjoyed my tenancy with RPMR and would suggest them to anyone needing to rent.

        I have been leasing a house with them for going on 4 years now and I have never had any issues. They are very good with communication and quick to fix any issue we may have. Our basement flooded last year, due to heavy rain fall and they sent a team, the same day, to clean out all the water and haul off anything that was water damaged! They also contacted the city and had them look at the drainage and pipes around our house so this situation wouldn't happen again. I would definitely rent a house for them again
