I accepted a job offer. Started on a Monday, it was good. The person who is training doesnt explain and is all over the place. Ok, this happens. Go in the next day to meet my shift lead. Bad news from then on. Shift lead and another production worker got into a fist fight. Then shift leader turned to argue and fight the boss. This happened on the floor and not outside. I was also told by another worker that the shift lead will also throw the melted plastic at you when he is mad, he then showed me his injured arm that was discolored and infected! I mean, who does that?? As I was on my way to lunch I went to tell the boss I dont think this is going to work out for me here, he laughed and took off on a forklift. Clearly he didnt care and the facility loves chaos and fighting. So I left and only worked 1.5 days. Its been 2 weeks, so I called and confirmed on my extremely small check. I worked it, I earned it. The HR man told me that I am required to do an exit interview. I said, I walked out and quit. You just owe me my 12 hours. He said no an exit interview required. So I am here advising on the atmosphere and environment of this company!!! Most importantly, they need to pay out the hours I gave them of my time!!!!!! So if you want a good job that will respect you, dont come here. Also, they can accept this as the exit interview and enjoy the paperwork coming.
