      image None of the employees know anything about the reptiles they sell. I've worked with 4 different people there trying to figure out why the snake they sold us wasnt eating and wasn't a lively little thing that he was supposed to be. Come to find out my poor little baby had mites. Then after going there and speaking to them multiple different times and doing different treatments to try to help the little guy, he finally passed away. DO NOT BUY AN ANIMAL OF ANY SORT FROM THEM. When the process started I told them he had mites and the animals there needed to be treated. I've been in over and over again and was lied to over and over again by the staff that had no idea what they were doing. I'm waiting on corporate to give me a call and will also be taking it to the better business bureau so hopefully the rest of those poor creatures in that store can get help before they pass away too!
