I used Barnett and Associates for two home inspections. Damon was on time and completed the inspection in a timely manner. The report is delivered very quickly and it was very easy to follow. I also feel that the price is very reasonable. As someone who works in construction, I appreciate the knowledge that he brings to the home. I would recommend Barnett and Associates to everyone looking to have a home inspection!

Because of lousy weather, the contractors worked up to the day before the closing of a home sale I was working on. My buyer, understandably, wanted to make sure the repairs were done right before he signed the paperwork. So, Damon Barnett met me at 8:30 AM the morning of the closing to inspect the work. He slid into muddy crawl space, inspected the work, took pictures, and wriggled back out. He quickly prepared a report, and he also joined me on a call with the buyer. Damon reassured him that everything was OK and we had the closing. Thanks to Damon for the extra effort!
