Adaptive Nursing and Healthcare Services

Adaptive is a nice company. I wouldnt recommend working for them. The pay is horrible for the work they expect you to do and the environments they put you in!!! The company does not tell you about the clients, as in what type of help they need. Just a name and address! Caregivers should be well informed on what type of help the client needs before arriving to clients home. Some clients require a lot of help so they NEED TO PAY MORE!! As in Bed bath, lifting clients, & etc they expect you do CNA work for little amount of pay!!! The mileage pay is awful! You have to take clients wherever they want to go daily for VERY little mileage pay that doesnt add up to what you put in your gas. Some clients want you to take them to multiple places in a day. They want you to go to two or more homes daily just to get hours that does not equal to full time hours!!

Be very careful. employees take what they can get from patients and have no heart when it comes to dealing with family. whoever heard of caregiver with a lawyer on standby unless they have shady dealings. D, Broshears

I love working for Adaptive as a program manager. Everyone in the office is so thoughtful! I have worked in health care before, however, I've never worked for a company that actually cares about their clients and employees as much as Adaptive does. The best part about my day is getting calls from clients who tell me how much they love their new care giver! At Adaptive we're not just matching clients and employees together, we're making matches that turns into long lasting friendships between the employee and the client. I am so proud to be apart of this company!

I really appreciate the friendly staff and their willingness to assist me with any questions or problems I may have relating to being a caregiver. Adaptive provides great training also. I am thankful for the opportunity to assist the clients I have through Adaptive .
