        Walked in to place an order around 8pm after deciding against going all the way out east for Five Guys. Big mistake! The diamond Ave location has some serious work to do in customer service. From the moment I walked in the male employee behind the counter was completely stone faced, visibly annoyed and seemed incredibly put out having to say a single word to me. In fact, he didnt say anything the entire time except for a disgruntled 3 word response to my question about fry sizes. Felt both unwelcome and unappreciated for the $30+ dollars I had just spent. Fortunately, the food tasted just fine but it simply wasnt enough to overcome the awkward and uncomfortable experience.
