        I was told I would not be charged until a specific date. I was charged 17 days before that and they would not refund me when I caught it. I am beyond furious. I tried to call corporate and they are closed friday-sunday.

        It would be great if this location had a personal trainer. Besides that, I love the tanning & the 24 hour access.

        Every time I have gone, the staff seem friendly and the equipment is clean and easy to operate, with simple instructions for use. I was able to keep to myself and listen to my own music without distraction or issue.

      Howdy, Chelsea! This is disheartening to hear as we only want the best for our members. Our clubs are independently owned and operated, so billing does vary by location. Please speak with club management when you have a moment as they are all ears for our PF family such as yourself.
