        This business is blanket cutting the wages of their hardest working medical staff. There are other agencies in this area that I will utilize before them.

        In 2023 reducing staffs pay is unethical .. in a time of unbelievable rising inflation and cost of living it is simply deplorable to reduce any ones income .. this means less food for someones kids .. I guarantee that at the top they are making more and more and the money has to come out of the same budget from somewhere ..

        The pay and working conditions are absolutely awful. They reduced CNA paychecks to $18, which, for what they do, is appalling. QMA's aren't much better at $22. The pay for the amount of work these healthcare providers do is nowhere near enough. Conditions are terrible.
