      We NEVER have more than 1 employee behind our counter so it would be very difficult for this person to gossip with ANOTHER employee?? I do believe you have the incorrect store. It looks like you also left negative reviews with 4 other printers? It is not helpful to a small business that works very hard to maintain a very good reputation to leave this type of review.

      Pretty sure you have the incorrect store. We did look up your profile photo and are certain you did not stop in at ImaginationTs. Leaving a random 1-star review is not helpful to small businesses that have worked extremely hard to acquire good reputation.
