Not all loan officers are created the same. Before chosing a loan officer, I would do some research and look/ask for reviews of the loan officer that the website gives you.

Attempted to get approved for a home equity loan and their requirements for income are ridiculous and illogical. I've reported income on my taxes year over year that they wouldn't accept it as income in my ratio. They also won't accept bonuses or rental income if you havent received them from the same location for over a two year span. They also count these newly issued loans as debt in your current debt to income ratio, and other credit unions do not do that. I was advised to refinance my vehicle and than I'd get approved for half the amount I wanted. I went over to Evansville federal credit union and they approved me for the full amount in under 3 hours when this process took me 4 days.

I recently bought a home in Henderson and financed with Evansville Teachers FCU and it was the most pleasant experience Ive ever had staining a mortgage.Everyone was so nice and helpful and the loan officer Arin Wagner was so nice and helpful that I just cant say enough good things about her.I recommend them to everyone who must attain a mortgage.They are the best.
